Employee monitoring system

0 feels
A company is only successful if its employers and employee can work hand in hand.  With that said, it is very much important for everyone to work hard for the benefit of the company, and hence the need to have a proper system which will actually help both sides to bring the best out of each other.

Nowadays, there is always a need to have a way to monitor your employees, which is why an employee monitoring software, seems to be a good option.

The software allows you to tract what your employees are doing, hence enabling them to focus on their work.  This will result in your company earning better productivity and praises from clients as your company will be seen as one whom produces results and quality work.

An employee monitoring system also allows your employees to work harder as you can track what they have achieve and therefore make it easier for you to reward them. Such rewarding system will allow maximum productivity as your employees have positive competition in your company. This works in favour of both the employer and employee as the employer gets better productivity, while the employee gains better promotion due to a transparent system.

Indeed, it will be good for all parties to have  employee monitoring system a it will not only benefit everyone directly linked to your company, but also benefit those whom are indirectly linked to the company such as purchasers, clients and also suppliers.

With that said, it would be good for any company, regardless of its stature to implement such a monitoring system which will ensure that nothing but the best can be achieved for everyone to gain.  I have already started checking out numerous monitoring systems available, and I am confident that with such software, productivity will be better.

Malaysia Hacked as Users Retaliates

0 feels
As many of 51 websites which are linked to Malaysia have been attacked during what could be called 'retaliation by internet users' over the recent Malaysian governments effort to block file sharing sites.  I believe that some of the attacks have been carried out by local groups, but this incident definitely shows how pissed the 'rakyat' are with the government in trying to censor in the internet.  Most seem to wonder why porn is not blocked and yet file sharing sites are blocked. For me, the move to block file sharing sites isn't good at all.

How About Me?

0 feels
News has it that Aznil paid RM1000 for a guy owing money to loan sharks, and helped him talk the man out of suiside.  While it's a good gesture, I wonder... what if everyone starts calling up the station where Aznil works in, and ask him to help?  I'm also in debt (took some loans from the bank), and I'd love it if someone could lend me a hand, or money without repayment promises =P Aznil, can you help me?

80,000 Too Many...

0 feels
I read that the education ministry will be romping in 80,000 teachers from the Peninsular into Sarawak & Sabah.  The number would comprise of many religious teachers.  Daud said, extremist teachers would be deported. Yeah, like that would happen. The biggest challenge would be to identify them... but by the time it's done, the damage is already done. Best solution would be: don't bother bringing 'em here.

Most Powerful..

0 feels
According to The Star Sarawak, Sarawak would be the most powerful state in terms of power generation when all the dams built are up and running.  My question is simple... do we need so many dams?  How bout the rainforest? I'm not an activist, but seeing all those prime rainforest gone is somewhat not right for me.  I don't know what you guys think....

A Toast!

0 feels
Here's a toast to all those dearly beloved which have decided to tie the knot this year.  I'm happy that you are happy, and may you live a long beautiful life away from people like me =)

-I'm just in the wedding mood because all my favorite series seems to be ending with weddings.  It sucks, but that's life. -

Double Tape

0 feels
The one above was re-elected as PAS president again this year. Let's hear the people cry out 'Dictator', 'Stayed too long', 'Takde calon muda lagi ke?'... *silence*.. Oh ya, that only happens when the government decideds to retain someone. If the opposition did it, it would be FINE.... Double standards perhaps?

Perks for teachers

0 feels
This teachers day, the government announced more post for senior teachers.  I wonder why the other teachers seem not to have any special attention.  It's always the big ones which get more pay and bonus when any new news for teachers are announced. Maybe its because they are just 'too ordinary' and should be forgotten... *sigh* Oh well... it's what they say as 'memartabatkan guru' ba..

It's Time To Speak Up

0 feels
With all that is going on about religion and race in Malaysia, I think it's time for the person in power to speak up.  From what I have observed, he has been keeping his hands clean by asking his subordinates to do all the 'dirty work' for him.  With all due respect my dear PM, it's time for you to say and do something to quash all those racist comments.  Even better, close down the radical Utusan and PERKASA.  Show that you are truly a leader of a great diverse nation, and not of only one race and one religion.

Christianity As Malaysia's Official Religion

0 feels
I was honestly amazed when I read this article which says that Christians want to make Christianity the official religion for Malaysia.
While it would be nice if it did come true, but lets face it... Christians regardless of groups in Malaysia, have never even considered to make Christianity the official religion in Malaysia.  We are not dumb people, asking the government to remove Islam's position and ask it to be replaced by Christianity.  No. Never.  We know that that would create even more disharmony than peace, and we would be VERY HAPPY if the just right for freedom of religion was guaranteed and taken by in action.  We don't need to be the 'official religion'.
Please la... check your facts before barking... I bet this news was done by some people wanting to create even more disharmony in Malaysia, and they most probably are not Christians!... Aaaahhhh, I bet PERKASA, PEMBELA, BH, UM, & TV 3 are all having a field day crucifying Christians  =(

Fighting over Shadows

0 feels
You failed to form the Sarawak Government, so you opted to form a 'shadow cabinet' to check up on the government.  It's a good and noble gesture, and I am all for it because the government needs to be audited by someone every now and then.  However, it makes me wonder, if you did win, how are you gonna govern if you can't even agree on a 'shadow cabinet' representative?  Now, even without power, you are fighting over 'shadows'.. what more say when you are in power...
With such internal fights like this, I'd easily go for the 'Devil I Know', rather than you guys which are deemed by many as the 'Unseen Devil', because at least they don't fight among themselves.

The Real Racist

0 feels
It was claimed that D A P is the real racist in Malaysian politics.  Surprisingly, no one said anything about PERKASA and PEMBELA.  Malaysia indeed has put racism to a whole new level, Don't you think? To know more about The Racist, do click the link.

I know, you know

0 feels
Someone is saying "NO" to practically every Test which could prove his innocence.  Yes, you heard it right, there is indeed someone in this big world which seems to not mind being charged as guilty.  I think if you were a close friend to him, and asked him 'The Question', he'd say "You know, I know lah... no need ask."

Osama Is Dead

0 feels
Woohooo!! The world's most wanted man is dead.  Yep, he died due to a head shot, and a lot of people are rejoicing.  He has caused so much pain, and caused so much trouble for the Muslim world due to his ways, and I hope with his death, things will look to be better in race relation particularly in Malaysia.  Eh, wait,  he's not the one calling the non-Muslims racist, and he's not the one saying 'Hidup Melayu' kan? Ahh... *keeping back those party hats*

Maybe yes and maybe no

0 feels
The song I do by Colbie Caillat is currently my favorite song.  It sounds so happy and chirpy and it just brightens out my day.  Well, if you are thinking of me saying 'I do' soon, then prepared to wait for a bit because it won't happen anytime soon.
