As many of 51 websites which are linked to Malaysia have been attacked during what could be called 'retaliation by internet users' over the recent Malaysian governments effort to block file sharing sites.  I believe that some of the attacks have been carried out by local groups, but this incident definitely shows how pissed the 'rakyat' are with the government in trying to censor in the internet.
