Employee monitoring system

0 feels
A company is only successful if its employers and employee can work hand in hand.  With that said, it is very much important for everyone to work hard for the benefit of the company, and hence the need to have a proper system which will actually help both sides to bring the best out of each other.

Nowadays, there is always a need to have a way to monitor your employees, which is why an employee monitoring software, seems to be a good option.

The software allows you to tract what your employees are doing, hence enabling them to focus on their work.  This will result in your company earning better productivity and praises from clients as your company will be seen as one whom produces results and quality work.

An employee monitoring system also allows your employees to work harder as you can track what they have achieve and therefore make it easier for you to reward them. Such rewarding system will allow maximum productivity as your employees have positive competition in your company. This works in favour of both the employer and employee as the employer gets better productivity, while the employee gains better promotion due to a transparent system.

Indeed, it will be good for all parties to have  employee monitoring system a it will not only benefit everyone directly linked to your company, but also benefit those whom are indirectly linked to the company such as purchasers, clients and also suppliers.

With that said, it would be good for any company, regardless of its stature to implement such a monitoring system which will ensure that nothing but the best can be achieved for everyone to gain.  I have already started checking out numerous monitoring systems available, and I am confident that with such software, productivity will be better.

Malaysia Hacked as Users Retaliates

0 feels
As many of 51 websites which are linked to Malaysia have been attacked during what could be called 'retaliation by internet users' over the recent Malaysian governments effort to block file sharing sites.  I believe that some of the attacks have been carried out by local groups, but this incident definitely shows how pissed the 'rakyat' are with the government in trying to censor in the internet.  Most seem to wonder why porn is not blocked and yet file sharing sites are blocked. For me, the move to block file sharing sites isn't good at all.

How About Me?

0 feels
News has it that Aznil paid RM1000 for a guy owing money to loan sharks, and helped him talk the man out of suiside.  While it's a good gesture, I wonder... what if everyone starts calling up the station where Aznil works in, and ask him to help?  I'm also in debt (took some loans from the bank), and I'd love it if someone could lend me a hand, or money without repayment promises =P Aznil, can you help me?
